Our Managment Team wields the knowledge and experience of business, marketing and technology.

• Ryan Lim | Business Director
  Ryan joined Blugrapes in August 2008. With a focus on developing new business he combines technical know how with his personal experience as a Marketing Manager for Lenovo and Microsoft. Ryan's job history also includes three years as APAC Product Manager with Nokia. His expertise in mobile technology was nurtured here whilst managing applications and services.
  
  While Ryan was with Lycos Asia shortly after graduation, he founded and managed Singapore's largest gaming portal known as Khabal Gaming. An NUS graduate, with a BEng in Electrical Engineering, Ryan is also a husband and proud father to two young children.
• Mark Lim | Solutions Director
  With a focus on what client's really need Mark has led the development and deployment of new solutions. He left a VP Business Development role at SL Interactive and joined Blugrapes in 2006. From 2002 he spent two years at Nokia managing business development with content partners. His first role after college was as Project Manager for Pandora Interactive Studio where he was promoted to team leader within a year of starting.
  
  Mark also studied at NUS; he achieved a BA in Philosophy.
• Judah Lim | Technical Director
  Since joining the IT industry in 1999 Judah has developed substantial expertise in web technologies. Before joining the team in 2008 Judah founded and ran two successful web software companies providing services to clients including Siemens and Canon. He'd also spent a year with Dell after being headhunted in 2001. Whilst with them he led the technical operations for the Asia Pacific online web support division. From 2000 until he joined Dell, Judah worked for Pandora Interactive Studio as an Internet Engineer on projects for clients including HP Asia and the United Overseas Bank.
  
  Judah has a Diploma of Merit in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
